Does America have an Islamic Immigrant/Refugee Terrorist Problem?

This past week Senator Sessions released a list of recent immigrants/refugees who had engaged in terrorist actions against the United States of America. His list was far from complete. I am adding an additional 14 immigrants/refugees to his list. My list, like his, is far from complete.

Please keep in mind that those listed here are not listed for engaging in actions that would only kill one or two. Their goals were much more devastating.

Credit for making this information available belongs to the Investigative Project on Terrorism.

(If you have others you would like to add to this list that were arrested after 9/11/2001 please do contact me with the information. I will credit your contribution and add them to this list.)

2004
1. Ali Al-Timimi, son of Iraqi immigrants and born in the Washington, DC area. He was arrested in 2004 and convicted in 2005 of soliciting and engaging others to levy war against the United States and attempting to contribute services to the Taliban. He received a life sentence.

Fawaz raised funds for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad through the Islamic Committee for Palestine (ICP). He was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator implicated in the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing. His phone was tapped by the FBI discussing funding suicide bombers families with Sami Al Arian, listed below. Fawaz was deported in 2007 for lying on his citizenship application

Trump and Carson are Right! Some Muslims in America Support Terrorism!

Peoples Pundit Daily: http://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/news/politics/2015/11/27/trumps-larger-point-is-accurate-many-american-muslims-do-support-terrorism/

Presidential candidate Donald Trump is catching flack for saying he saw thousands of Muslims in America celebrating the attacks on 9/11 on television. Major media outlets have been quick to denounce Trump as being nothing but wrong. Today Dr. Ben Carson, another GOP contender for the position of POTUS backed Trump up. The media storm against them is relentless!
However, the major media is being far from truthful in its accusations that Trump was wrong. There are several recorded actions of Muslims in America supporting terrorism.

Muslim Students’ Association West Conference in January 2011 at UCLA, attendees recited a pledge, "Allah is my lord, Islam is my life, the Quran is my guide, the Sunna is my practice, Jihad is my spirit, righteousness is my character, paradise is my goal. I enjoin what is right, I forbid what is wrong, I will fight against oppression, and I will die to establish Islam." (http://www.investigativeproject.org/3460/why-muslim-student-group-concerned-the-nypd )

New York State Prison Chaplain Warith Deen Umar (aka Wallace Gene Marks) was removed from his position and barred from entering by Gov. George Pataki in 2003. CBS News reported:

Umar began his activities as a prison chaplain in 1975. New York Gov. George Pataki barred Umar from prisons in 2003, after the Wall Street Journal reported that Umar had expressed support for the 9/11 terrorists — even stating that Muslims "who say they are against terrorism secretly admire and applaud" bin Laden's mass murderers. (According to Umar, the Koran does not forbid terrorism even against the innocent. "This is the sort of teaching they don't want in prison," he said. "But this is what I'm doing.") <emphasis added>

Presidents Clinton and Bush met with Abdurahman Alamoudi as a representative of American Muslims. He led the American Muslim Council, and the Muslim American Society. In 2003, Alamoudi was arrested and charged with 18 counts of federal crimes related to supporting terrorism. He is today serving a 23 year prison sentence. The Washington Institute had this to say about the man who represented America’s Muslims to presidents.

In 2000, American Muslim Council founder and former Executive Director Abdurahman Alamoodi announced at a rally outside the White House: "We are all supporters of Hamas. Allahu Akhbar! ... I am also a supporter of Hezbollah." After the President announced the closure of the HLF, which raised $13 million for Hamas in its last year of operation, the AMC condemned the action as "particularly disturbing ... unjust and counterproductive."[12] AMC's position was predictable, given that Alamoudi attended a conference of major Islamic terrorist groups in Beirut in January 2001.

If the name Alamoudi strikes a recent cord of memory, it should. He was the founder of the Islamic Society of Boston, which the infamous Boston Bombers attended. Alamoudi had long been in jail when Boston was bombed on April 15, 2013.
Trump may seem brash, and anything but restrained in his speech. But, his words of caution and warning regarding Islamic terrorism are not wrong. Dr. Carson who backed him up is one who chooses his words carefully, perhaps this should have been a clue to the American people that the major media outlets are hiding something.

This is only a smidgen of the available information on whether some Muslims in America endorse terrorist actions. There is a treasure trove of information out there supporting this argument. The leaders of the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the leaders of the Islamic Society of North America have numerous quotes on their support of Hamas that have been exposed and in the media. Was it really too hard for major media outlets to find this information to say maybe Trump and Carson are right about this?

But  it all comes down to the words of Dick Cheney recorded by the Department of Defense in 2002:
"We don't know if it's going to be tomorrow, or next week or next year," Cheney said. The U.S.-led war on terrorism has had some successes at disrupting the al Qaeda terrorist network, making it more difficult for them to carry out operations, he noted, but it's almost impossible to build "a 100 percent perfect defense."

“The American people must understand the reality of the enemy we're up against," he stressed. Even if your defense is 99 percent successful, that other one percent "can still kill you."
Knowing the truth of these words gives reason to ponder the purposeful misinformation being pushed out by the major news networks on this issue! Are the major news networks working against the safety of every American?

When is a Refugee not a Refugee?

According to President Obama, as recorded by the New York Times, the USA is slated to receive 10,000 Syrian MULIM “refugees” in 2015 between September and December!.

The Refugee Resettlement Program was started under President Jimmy Carter, through the passing of the Refugee Act of 1980. It defined refugees as:

any person who is outside any country of such person’s nationality or, in the case of a person having no nationality, is outside any country in which such person last habitually resided, and who is unable or unwilling to return to, and is unable or unwilling to avail himself or herself of the protection of, that country because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. <Emphasis added>

Today, it is of special importance to notice read this definition! Basically, the 1980 definition of a refugee is a) any person who is outside any country and b) who is unable or unwilling to return, c)  because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution.

Do the Syrians slated to be received by America meet this definition? Do they meet the three conditions?

1)      Yes, these persons are outside of the country.

2)      Are Syrians unable or unwilling to return ? This is up to the individual. Many have gone back and forth.

3)      Persons slated to come to America as “refugees” are Muslim. Are Syrian Muslims facing persecution or do they have a well-founded fear of persecution? The Islamic State is targeting and persecuting :

a.       Religions other Muslim: mostly Christians and Jews

b.      Shi’ite Muslims

c.       Homosexuals

d.      Journalists

e.       Females

f.       Muslims against sharia

Those persons who are coming from areas threatened by or currently under control of the Islamic State have no reason to fear persecution IF they do not meet any of the 6 conditions listed above, the Islamic State would not persecute or cause fear of persecution.

Most of those slated to be received by America as “refugees” do not qualify as refugees under the 1980 definition, simply because they have no reason to fear persecution as they are Sunni Muslims. Why then are these persons being classified as refugees?

Persons coming to America under the Syrian Refugee title have been labeled as refugees by the United Nations, but they also define refugee as one fleeing persecution. Interestingly, the page with the UN definition of refugee also has much to say about migration. Foremost, that refugees and migrants  are fundamentally different, and for that reason are treated very differently under modern international law.”

Why has the Office of Refugee Resettlement left the legal definition behind? It stands at the very core of their existence, This question alone brings reason to close the Refugee Resettlement Program today until a full evaluation of its expenditures and laxness is evaluated and exposed!

What can Anonymous do in the War on Terrorism?

Peoples Pundit Daily: http://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/opinion/2015/11/18/five-helpful-tips-anonymous-vs-isis-islamic-state/

Anonymous, a name used by a group of hackers originating in France which is now a multinational conglomeration of hack-tivists, declared war on the Islamic State yesterday.

Students of pop culture and computer geeks are asking questions on what can hackers do against the Islamic State? What should hackers be working on to make the Islamic State feel the wrath of a group of hackers?

However, Anonymous needs a basic history lesson before they begin. Anonymous had declared war on Al Qaeda and ISIS. Al Qaeda Iraq (AQI) became the Islamic State of Syria and al-Sham (ISIS). ISIS became the Islamic State. Your declared enemy has not changed. Only the name has changed.

Anonymous has stated they are going to hunt down members of the Islamic State. This sadly is a misplaced effort.  Why? Because those who live in the Islamic State have less access to the Internet and generally use weapons rather than communications. National security professionals today debate the  effectiveness of whack-a-mole. Whack-a-mole means the identifying and forceful closing of accounts identified as being owned by terrorists.  IF this is truly what Anonymous wants to do, their actions may seem vast for little returns.

Anonymous would be better off concentrating their efforts on revealing those currently amongst us who believe and practice the same things that are taught in the Islamic State. Identifying these persons however could produce a lasting effect that would create a safer France, a safer Europe and, a safer America.

For this reason I am providing the following suggestions for Anonymous to be taken seriously as a threat to the Islamic State.

1)      Read Stephen Coughlin’s book, Catastrophic Failure. Learn why intelligence gathering today is messed up! This will enable you to be more successful in your efforts.

2)      Expose the Muslim Brotherhood and its members. The Muslim Brotherhood is the umbrella group under which almost all Islamic terrorists have been or still are members. This action will stop the enablers.

3)      Publicize the Islamic doctrine of al Hijrah: the secret doctrine of migration before jihad.

4)      Expose the enabling politicians who provide platforms for the successful infiltration of future terrorists.

5)      Publish the names of any and all entities currently purchasing oil and other goods from the Islamic State.

These five items are not being addressed by any major media outlets today to say nothing of the intelligence communities around the world. If hack-tivists can get these things accomplished, more power to them.

Speaker Ryan forgets he is the Man: Makes noise instead of action

When Speaker Ryan said he was for a “pause” in the Refugee Resettlement Program, he was taking a stand of NO ACTION! Speaker Ryan has the resources and ability to call for a vote to impose a moratorium (temporary prohibition) on any and all work by the Refugee Resettlement program administered by Asst. Secretary of State Ann Richards until a full evaluation of its current success and failures including the reasoning behind bringing persons here who have not been properly vetted creating a hole in national security enabling Americans to be attacked by terrorists on American soil.

Speaker Ryan was supposed to replace the “namby-pamby” nature of Boehner. But Ryan’s words without a stand are nothing more than a pretense of nothingness and a representation of a do nothing Speaker when his party in his power. Ryan could take the bull by the horns and take action. Instead he seems content to do nothing but sound off.

Will Ryan dare to stand tall and take action for all of America’s safety by calling for such a moratorium?  Will he dare to stand tall and be a man of action? Time will likely pass and the media will not ask these important questions because they would cause people to awaken to threats to their personal safety being brought to America! Those who would deny this need only look at Europe where 21% of the Muslims migrating to Europe have been determined to be connected to terrorism.

CICs Who Refuse to Identify the Enemy!

Peoples Pundit Daily: https://www.peoplespunditdaily.com/opinion/2015/11/17/commander-in-chiefs-who-refuse-to-identify-the-enemy/

In today’s topsy-turvy world, down means up, bad means good and, the term “Islamic terrorist” is not permitted in public policy conversation. Search the American press releases for the two words together from major media outlets. You will only find the recent challenge to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to put the two words together.

Neither Hillary nor Obama will allow this concept to be communicated to the public. Hillary did say instead that we are fighting against “jihadis” but flat out refused to state it was a battle against “Islamic terrorism.”

Is this semantics?

No, it is a propaganda machine for creating a vacuum effect that removes the “who factor” of just who it is we are at war against. For too long a battle has been waged, with the refusal to acknowledge who it is we are fighting against. This is not solely an Obama problem. It is first and foremost a military problem that has continued through two administrations!

The President of the United States holds the title of Commander-in-Chief (CIC). He is the true head of our military. No one else bears the responsibility. No blame can be placed on generals or admirals, for it is their duty to follow the orders of their commander. It is the CIC alone who has the responsibility of identifying the enemy and he alone who issues orders regarding military actions against foreign entities.

Generals, admirals and lower-ranking officers may be the ones on the front lines, but they ultimately receive their orders from the commander-in-chief.

What kind of war would have been fought in World War II if we refused to say that the enemy was “Nazi Germany” and instead said, “The enemy is only a few German people, but not all Germans are the problem.”
Today America’s enemy stands unidentified!

This enemy is guilty of the following attacks on America, but is not identified by the Obama administration nor will it be identified by any of the presidential contenders from the Democratic Party.
  1. Feb. 26, 1993 New York City a bomb exploded in the basement garage of the World Trade Center, killing 6 and injuring at least 1,040 others.

  12. Sept. 13, 2006 Damascus, Syria: an attack by four gunman on the American embassy is foiled.
  13. Jan. 12, 2007 Athens, Greece: the U.S. embassy is fired on by an anti-tank missile causing damage but no injuries.
  14. Sept. 16, 2008 Yemen: a car bomb and a rocket strike the U.S. embassy in Yemen as staff arrived to work, killing 16 people, including 4 civilians.
  15. June 1, 2009 Little Rock, Arkansas: Abdulhakim Muhammed, a Muslim convert from Memphis, Tennessee, is charged with shooting two soldiers outside a military recruiting center. One is killed and the other is wounded.
  16. Nov. 5, 2009 Fort Hood, Texas: Major Nidal Hasan, goes on a rampage killing 13 and injuring 30.
  17. Dec. 25, 2009: A Nigerian man on a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit attempted to ignite an explosive device hidden in his underwear. The explosive device that failed to detonate was a mixture of powder and liquid that did not alert security personnel in the airport
  18. May 1, 2010 New York City: a car bomb is discovered in Times Square, New York City after smoke is seen coming from a vehicle. The bomb was ignited, but failed to detonate and was disarmed before it could cause any harm. Times Square was evacuated as a safety precaution.

  21. July 16, 2015 Chattanooga, Tenn: 4 US Marines killed after a terrorist attacked two recruiting stations.
(Source: http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0001454.html)

While many of the events listed above had groups or persons identified as committing the terrorist act, no general identifying group of persons is identified. This is a statement that in the 21 events listed above, no commonality exists among the actors of these terrorist deeds.

Is this true, or has the American people been lied to by their commander-in-chiefs? Yes, as in plural. The timeline includes the leadership of not two but three U.S. presidents. Each of them failed to identify that there exists a common thread amongst all 21 acts, which is by no means a complete list. That commonality is persons who want Islamic law to rule the world. Thus, there exists a need to identify the enemy as being Islamist terrorists.

Islamists are those who want every single person on the planet to submit to the rule of sharia–Islamic law. However, if this simple identifier was used today, it would require several federal agencies to take action:
  1. The Muslim Brotherhood would be identified as a terrorist group. Any and all of its entities in the U.S. would be closed and their officers considered for revocation of citizenship and deportation.
  2. All persons entering the U.S., including those planning on becoming citizens, those classified as refugees or classified as other, would have to declare: “I do not believe sharia should be applied to those who are non-Muslim.” Persons refusing to state this would be refused entry.
  3. Those in this country who have made public statements of supremacy of sharia or Islamic law over the U.S. Constitution could have their citizenship revoked.
  4. All federal funding to sources that currently subscribe to this belief would be cut off. Currently, several federal agencies provide financial support both here in the U.S. and abroad to persons and groups that promote the teaching of sharia.
