THE US Dept of Justice reported that brothers
Muneeb and Sohaib Akhter, both 34, of Alexandria, Virginia, were
indicted on Nov. 13 for conspiring to delete databases used to store U.S.
government information. Both men were federal contractors. Following the
termination of their employment, the twins allegedly sought to harm U.S.
government by accessing computers without authorization, issuing commands
to prevent others from modifying the databases before deletion, deleting
databases, stealing information, and destroying evidence of their unlawful
activities.
The indictment alleges that on or about
Feb. 18, Muneeb Akhter deleted approximately 96 databases storing U.S.
government information. Court documents also allege that approximately one
minute after deleting a DHS database, Muneeb Akhter asked an artificial
intelligence tool how to clear system logs following the deletion of databases.
Muneeb and his brother are charged with
conspiracy to commit computer fraud and to destroy records, two counts of
computer fraud, theft of U.S. government records, and two counts of aggravated
identity theft, and computer fraud (password trafficking). If convicted, they
can face a mandatory minimum penalty of two years in prison for each count for a
maximum penalty of 45 years.

According to the Daily Mail, the
East Plano Islamic Community (EPIC) which was behind the building of a 'Muslim city' in eastern
Texas has rebranded their project after Governor Greg Abbott accused them of wanting to enforce
Sharia law.
Developers looking to push forward
with the large community have opted to change the name from EPIC City to
The Meadow, according to the Houston Chronicle. No permits for
building or usage of the land have been filed to date.
Yasir Qadhi, the leader of EPIC,
has a decades-old record of preaching hatred, homophobia and Holocaust-denial
to his followers. In one of his chilling
diatribes, Qadhi even advances a wild theory Jewish people have infiltrated
religious departments of American universities in a bid to 'destroy' Muslims.
Such revelations sparked the
concerns of Abbott and other Republicans who started probing the development over
allegations they are looking to implement Sharia laws. Sam Westrop, a
counter-extremism analyst at the Middle East Forum, which unearthed the recordings, says
Qadhi and his followers are dangerous fundamentalists who want to turn the
clock back to the 7th Century.

A Manchester man was
charged this week with four terrorism offences over claims he helped the Heaton
Park Synagogue attacker Jihad Al-Shamie by driving him to a UK
defence facility to carry out 'hostile' reconnaissance.
Mohammad Bashir,
31, is also accused of sharing terrorist publications and videos on ‘The Book
of Jihad’, 'Obstacles in the Path of Jihad’ and the 'Virtues of Martyrs’
on a WhatsApp group.
These were sent to
Al-Shamie and others with the intent to encourage acts of terrorism.
Birmingham Mail reported that a vile paedophile from
Birmingham raped a boy multiple times and abused him over a number of years.
Mohammed Ali (23), was investigated after a boy under 13
told police of the abuse, including rapes, he had suffered.
Ali took advantage of the ‘vulnerable boy’ and raped him
on a number of occasions over several years.
The 23-year-old was also found to have 443 indecent
images and videos on his phone.
Ali pleaded guilty to eight charges of rape, four being
the rape of a boy under 13. He also pleaded guilty to three charges of
distributing indecent images of a child.

that a 15-year-old girl who was raped and sexually assaulted bravely alerted
police by using a code phrase she had seen on TikTok, leading to the arrest and
conviction of her attacker.
The girl called police
after being left at the roadside, ‘ordering a pizza’ as a way to
discreetly seek help. The call handler recognised the significance of her words
and acted swiftly to dispatch officers to her location.
Abdul Kahar, aged 41,
picked the girl in his vehicle on 28th July after grooming her online and
posing as a 17-year-old boy via Snapchat.
After giving her alcohol,
he went on to rape and sexually assault her in his vehicle. The girl was able
to provide police with his car and registration details, leading to his arrest.
He admitted to two charges of raping a female under 16, four charges of
sexually assaulting a female over 13, non-fatal intentional strangulation, and
breach of a sexual harm prevention order.

The Telegraph and the
Scottish Sun have reported that Muhammad Sheikhi (22), an asylum seeker staying
in a hotel in Falkirk has been charged with several offenses related to his
interactions with a woman on November 30th of this year.
The charges state that
Muhammad had pursued her, blocked her path and repeatedly placed his phone in
her hand and “insisted” that she provide her contact details. It is alleged
that he then shouted towards her and sent her a message on social media then sexually
assaulted her.
He was granted bail
and allowed to go home. However, the next day, Sheikhi appeared again at
Falkirk Sheriff Court on two charges of sexual assault by touching without
consent. This resulted in him being remanded into custody until the matter can
be heard.

Agenzianova reported that in La Rochelle, France, a shirtless man armed with a
crossbow shouted "Allah Akbar!" in the street before being stopped by
police. The newspaper "Le Figaro" claimed, that the man appeared to
have mental health issues.
The man, who according to some witnesses was also
carrying four arrows along with the crossbow, has a criminal record for minor
crimes and drug use, but is not currently listed for terrorism-related
offenses. The suspect has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital. An
investigation into the case has been opened and entrusted to the La Rochelle
police station.
The Daily Mail
reported a shockingly horrific crime of a hijabi nanny who was trusted with the
care and assistance of a French Jewish family. Algerian Leila Y, 42, was hired as a
live-in nanny in Paris in January 2024 to look after a couple's two-year-old,
five-year-old, and seven-year-old. But just a month later, Leila was accused of
mixing toxic household products into the family's food and drink resulting in
them falling sick for over eight days.
On January 30, Leila's employer filed a
police report after drinking wine that she claimed had tasted like cleaning
products, and using makeup remover that burned her eyes. She also alleged that
the evening before she had attended the police station, after Leila had left
the home, there was foam on a bottle of grape juice and a bleach smell coming
from a bottle of wine. The mother said that a pasta dish made with whiskey and
eaten without any issues the night prior also carried a 'perfume taste'.
Toxicology
results showed that massive amounts of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and chemical
agents were found in the wine, whisky, fig brandy, grape juice, and pasta.
Leila has been detained since February 2024
and is set to be tried on December 9, for 'administering a harmful substance
resulting in incapacity exceeding eight days, committed on the grounds of race,
ethnicity, nationality, or religion.'

Asian Christians reported that on 5th December, Pastor Kamran Salamat (45) was shot
by an unidentified assailant outside his residence in Islam Colony, Sialkot
Road, Gujranwala. He was rushed to Civil Hospital Gujranwala, but despite the
tireless efforts of the medical team, Pastor Kamran succumbed to his injuries
during treatment. He leaves behind his widow and three children.

Kamran came downstairs with his daughter Numeer to drive her to college.
An unknown assailant on a motorcycle approached and opened fire at close range,
striking him in the right wrist, left ear, and lower abdomen. Pastor Kamran
collapsed on the road. Numeer, actually struck the shooter with her father’s
crutch, and he ran off.

Kamran “would travel to Islamabad every Saturday for Sunday service at the
Church of Pentecostal.” “He was very brave and always said he did not care for
