THE NY Post reported that last Wednesday, about 55 miles outside of St. Louis, at 8 a.m., a Somali driver was caught barreling an “80-ton truck” the wrong way down Missouri highway 61 before finally crossing over and heading the right way. He failed an English proficiency test — and wasn’t able to read road signs, authorities said. Despite not being able to pass an English proficiency exam and not being able to correctly identify road signs, he had a CDL from Minnesota.

The Texas Tribune reported that in the early morning hours of Sunday, 53-year-old Ndiaga Diagne, drove a large SUV around the block several times then, according to Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis, he rolled down his windows and began shooting out of his car with a pistol, striking patrons at the bar. He then switched to a rifle after parking and exiting his vehicle.  He entered the bar with the rifle wearing a sweatshirt that said, “Property of Allah,” with an Iranian flag on the shirt, and continued shooting. He killed three people and injured 14. Police responded within minutes of being called and took out the shooter. Police stated they did not know the motive.

Jihad Watch noted that Iran’s longtime slogan was (and at least for the moment) is ‘Death to America’ or “Marg bar Amirka”. The Twitter CUAD (Columbia University Apartheid Divestment – a coalition of Students for Justice in Palestine and other hate groups) tweeted “Marg bar Amirka” in response to President Trump’s attack on Islamic terrorists in Iran. X insisted they take down the tweet.

I have two questions: 

1) why did X demand they take down the comment?

2) Should this type of group be allowed to operate on college campuses?

MEMRI found a video of Ali Akbar Shdid [pronounce Shadeed - meaning martyred], an engineering instructor at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan, that was posted to Instagram on February 28^th eulogizing Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. He said that the “pure soul” of Khamenei had returned to its Lord as a martyr. Shdid stated that Trump made a huge mistake by killing our beloved Leader Sayyid Ali Khamenei. He added that “We are going to continue on his path.” “We’re going to hold his blood. His ideology. We’re going to teach it to our children and the grandchildren.”

MEMRI discovered a video by Mohammad Ali Elahi, the imam of the House of Wisdom in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. He eulogized Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in a February 28^th Ramadan program at the mosque. Elahi said that Khamenei would have wanted to die as a martyr, killed by “the most wretched hands on earth.”

MEMRI discovered a video by Zainab Rights, the editor -in-chief of the Dearborn-based TMJ News Network, discussing the “martyrdom” of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei recorded on March 1^st. She described him as “one of the most honorable Muslim leaders of our time, a grand scholar, emulated by millions, and a man of Allah.” She also said. Imam Khamenei was a man of Allah who stood against the imperialist plot in the region. He refused to bow to the Epstein pedophile class and everything that they stood for.”

The NY Post reported that Abdul Jalloh, 32, an illegal migrant from Sierra Leone, who had a criminal history that included allegations of rape, assault, malicious wounding and theft charges, of which many were not prosecuted because the victims were homeless and refused to testify, was free and allegedly killed 41 year old mom, Stephanie Miller in February, at a Virginia bus stop despite 30 prior arrests because prosecutors in Washington, DC, say they were powerless to keep him locked up.

The US Department of Homeland Security, which said it lodged an immigration retainer for Jalloh as early as 2020, slammed “Virginia’s sanctuary politicians.”

Iran International reported that a boxing Gym owned by an Iranian Canadian political activist and vocal critic of the Islamic republic was struck by gunfire early Sunday around 3am, near Toronto.

 Salar Gholami, the owner of the gym believes the shooting which was done at a time no one was at the gym, was an attempt to silence his criticism of Iran’s Islamic republic.

The Jewish Chronicle reported that Professor Makram Khoury-Machool, who praised the “heroism” of the October 7 attack is leading a high-profile drive to establish a Palestine Studies course at Cambridge.

Professor Khoury-Machool is the founding director of the Cambridge Centre for Palestine Studies (CCPS).

Machool, writes regularly for Al Mayadeen, a Hezbollah-aligned publication based in Beirut, has also previously appeared to blame the Manchester terror attack on British Jews’ support for Israel.

Gazetta Dimodena reported that a 13 year old boy who was raped in a public park by a man from Pakistan in 2023 has finally had his chance to see justice at trial this week. The Pakistani was on home detention until the trial this week when he was sentenced to 4 years, 9 months, and 27 days in prison for the crime of aggravated sexual assault against a minor.

Welt, reported that 500 Afghans are currently attempting to sue for admission to Germany despite initial rejections. The Left Party would like to admit all plaintiffs. Despite a wave of lawsuits in German courts, the federal government intends to stand by its revoked commitments to accept Afghan refugees.

The additional list includes more than 2,000 Afghans who were not working as local staff for Germany and who, according to the coalition government, were particularly vulnerable as artists, journalists, or judges in Afghanistan many of whom are now living in Pakistan after the airlift Kabul. They are no longer allowed to come to Germany.

Associated Press reported that on Friday February 27^th, a Shi’ite mosque suffered a suicide bomber attack whom the Islamic State has claimed as one of their own. The bomber is from Afghanistan. The assault killed 63 people and wounded nearly 200.

The attack took place as worshipers knelt in Friday prayer. The IS affiliate, known as IS in Khorasan Province, is headquartered in eastern Afghanistan.

Civilization Jihadis are not terrorists. THEY ARE SEDITIOUS ENEMIES!

After being given some great perspective into what I had deemed terrorism, I now have to change what I have been saying in order to more accurately provide in US legal terminology a truthful portrait of the war America is engaged in today.

That war is a war against jihadists both violent and non-violent. Violent jihadists are under US Law demined terrorists while non-violent jihadis are not. BUT they are both engaging in acts against the USA. Both are acting for the same reasons.

Attempted bombings, murders, and even financing those actions can be pursued and prosecuted under the law. Those jihadis which work in what is defined by the Muslim Brotherhood as Civilization Jihad are not able to be pursued under the Patriot Act, because their actions do not constitute what is defined in legalize as terrorism.

Both the Civilization Jihadist and the violent jihadist (aka terrorist) have the same objective. Their threat doctrines are indistinguishable from one another. The only difference is one has a short-term plan of action, the other has a long-term plan of action.

What can be done to stop the long-term plan jihadist? Lets begin by defining what a long-term jihadist does from their own written material. According to the Explanatory Memorandum of the Muslim Brotherhood of North America, their ultimate goal is to:  “eliminate and destroy the Western civilization from within and "sabotage" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

With this being the goal the objectives are obvious:

(1) Infiltrate college campuses for the purpose of:

a.       stopping education on Islam that disagrees with what Muslim Brotherhood teaches.

b.      disabling Americans as to the real intention and purpose of the Muslim Brotherhood.

c.       Promoting misinformation that will create more sympathetic non-Muslims to endorse the actions of the civilization-jihadis as “moderates.”

d.      Recruit new civilization-jihadists to engage in the agenda in a post college environment. 

(2)  Infiltrate government for the purpose of:
                a. Protecting fellow Muslims.
                b. Destroying the government from within. This could be as simple as slowing or stopping
                    the machine called government from working as it is intended.
                c. Sharing intelligence with the civilization jihadi leadership team.
                d. Disrupting communications.
                e. Placing misinformation
                f. Enabling greater infiltration

(3) Make society accept and endorse the relevance of sharia in the USA. This means:
              a. Push for acceptance of Islamic beliefs as the norm
              b. Push for the acceptance of sharia in courts.
              c. Running public relations campaigns with misinformation to recruit sympathy voters.
              d. Running public relations campaigns against those who are exposing the civilization                              jihadi agenda.

With this said are their legal actions possible to protect Americans from this type of jihadi? The answer is both yes and no. It requires that those who commit violent jihadi actions be prosecuted not for terrorism but TREASON and those who are found working as civilization jihadis infiltrating organizations and government who are caught disabling the machine called government, or providing misinformation/propaganda with the intention of protecting their groups or membership should be charged with SEDITION.

IT IS ALL IMPORTANT TO CHANGE THESE TACTICS! We, myself included, need to stop referring to the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist entity but as an entity that suborns sedition in every country it is present. This means that Muslim Brotherhood in North America should be defined NOT as a terrorist entity but as entity whose sole purpose is to aide and abet in sedition in America. Due to it having declared war against North America. This is very important! It is why my proposed joint resolution has more teeth than Senator Cruz’s bill to declare the Muslim Brotherhood entity a terrorist group.

My resolution which follows is a recognition of a declared war against North America in the Explanatory Memorandum AND its recent declaration to wage war and shed blood in actions against the USA on December 6, 2017. Perhaps most enlightening in this declaration is its statement that its members in the Administration should consider themselves activated to actively work against the American government’s pledge to move the embassy to Jerusalem. This declaration should make them an enemy of the USA and thus make their organization in this country considered enemy combatants. How else do you interpret “we make blood, freedom and life, and we fight every aggressor and every supporter of aggression,” after declaring the USA to be an aggressor?

The Joint Resolution I proposed this past August now has an urgency to be passed! It will enable us to begin to act against the civilization jihadists by recognizing they have declared war against us. IF this resolution passes, then those persons and groups affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood can be prosecuted with the charge of sedition. The US does not need to declare war against an entity to recognize that a group is acting in pursuit of a declared enemies goals. The legal code on treason is very simple.

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

With the clear and rational definition of treason being: a) adhering to the enemy and/or, b) giving them aide and comfort, it is not difficult to see if a person is guilty of this charge.

BACKGROUND

Persons who work in the field of counter-terrorism are aware of groups such as Hamas,being an FTO, Foreign Terrorist Organization. In addition, as part of their job have to be watchful for Hamas sympathizers here in the USA. In 2007 and 2008 the largest trial on terror financing in American history took place. Holy Land Foundation Relief and Development sent Hamas $12 million over its existence. The HLF’s officers were jailed for money laundering and rendering assistance to a terrorist entity.

The Hamas Charter states it is a chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood. Osama bin Laden was also a member of the Muslim Brotherhood until he left this earth.

TODAY

Any President appointing persons who he know have had relations with Hamas or Al Qaeda to high places of national security would then be guilty of treason. The key here is the word “knowingly.” Now there are safe guards in place to prevent such breeches of national security. The senate approval process is one such safe guard. However, when a president skips the process of senate approval of appointees to place an enemy of the USA in a position of national security, his act of treason places the entire USA at risk of imminent attack.

Robert Malley was appointed to be the President’s Czar in the fight against ISIS on December 1, 2015. Barak Hussein Obama, the presidential candidate on 2008 fired Robert Malley for his exposed relationship with the leadership of Hamas. This means the Barak Hussein Obama was aware of a connection Robert Malley possessed to the FTO Hamas.  Did Robert Malley go through the check process of a Senate confirmation hearing? No.

Robert Malley has a history of ties to the Muslim community and possibly the Muslim Brotherhood through his father, Simon Malley, whom NBC described as “a well-known journalist born in Egypt who had ties to the Egyptian government.”  Simon Malley was noted for his anti-colonialist views and his friendliness towards the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO). .

Malley’s pro-Islamist views first became known to the public in 1996 when he wrote The Call from Algeria : Third Worldism, Revolution, and the Turn to Islam. The next time they became public was in 2001 when the major media outlet exposed his favoritism towards Yasser Arafat and the PLO for insisting Israel was at least partly to blame for the failed 2000 Camp David Accord. The press had covered the event fully and they were not buying it. They exposed his bias on a national and international level.

Malley’s pro-Islamist views were highly documented by 2007 when he became a national security advisor to then presidential candidate Barak Obama. In 2008 Robert Malley was exposed as having met with officials of Hamas. A group designated as terrorists while he served under President Bill Clinton. There was no way a national security specialist would not know the wrongness in contacting the Hamas in Israel. Public exposure of this on November 11, 2008 in YNET news led to Robert Malley being fired from Obama’s team.

Fast forward to February 18, 2014 and Barak Obama, now as POTUS appoints Robert Malley to the position of a Senior Consultant on the Persian Gulf with the National Security Council. This is important to Remember as Malley is the person then who was responsible for Obama’s policy which enabled the Islamic State to be created from ISIS!  ISIS ceased to exist in June of 2014 when the Islamic State was declared to exist. Did Malley receive anything remotely resembling a demotion for this? No. One year later he received a promotion to “Czar over the fight with ISIS.” Remember ISIS does not exist today, rather the fight is against the Islamic State. The only people promoting the name ISIS or ISIL if you ask POTUS, is the media and Obama. The purpose is to misinform the public that ISIS does not mean Islamic.

CONCLUSION

Is it treasonous to place a man with known connections and affinity to a FTO to positions of national security? Is it treasonous to promote him to a position which requires NO Senate confirmation hearing after his policy creates calamity? Will the House impeach the president for the crime of treason on this issue? Sadly, no. There is not one real man in the House of Representatives who is willing to stand up and start the process.

What does this mean? Malley will serve as Czar over the fight with ISIS until Obama is removed from office. We can expect the Islamic State to grow exponentially under Malley.

Malley is not the only Muslim working in a position of power, who is working to promote Islamism in the White House! Loretta Lynch the new Attorney General revealed she was Muslim this past week when she used personal pronouns in reference to Islam and her desire to prosecute those who cause Muslims harm in America.
