The Maine Wire reported
that Abdullahi
Ahmed, the Somali-born assistant superintendent for student, family and
community partnerships at Portland Public Schools, proposed changes to the
district’s policy on dogs and other animals, citing Islamic beliefs about
“ritual purity.”
“In Islamic tradition there is always love for
animals and living things and compassion for animals. With that being said,
there are some ritual purity, that Islamic traditions state and Muslims
exercise, so, for example, dog saliva is considered impure,” he said.
Ahmed’s comments came during an Oct. 14 meeting of the Portland
Public Schools Policy Committee, which focused entirely on the school
district’s newly proposed policy on animals in schools. The board is drafting a
new “Animals in Schools” policy, sparked by a teacher’s plan to foster puppies
in her classroom.

entering a Mosque in Southern Florida. This is a short clip from that
interview.
Daniel Greenfield wrote in Front Page News that
the most stunning part of the Rep. Ilhan Omar search warrant comes
from an unusual place… the name.
The search warrant names her as Congresswoman
Ilhan Nur Said Elmi aka Ilhan Abdullahi Omar.
One of the allegations is that Rep. Omar’s
first husband, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, was actually her brother, which also means
that her entire family backstory is fake. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s real name was never
Omar. The whole family took on a fake name as part of an immigration fraud
scheme. And their real name is Elmi.
This in turn means that every government
document she signed is evidence of a crime. Even her votes in Congress can be
seen as crimes, because there is no evidence that a Ilhan Nur Said Elmi ever
became an American citizen.
Ilhan
Omar shared a video of herself with an extremely violent Arabic language song
in the background. Global News Daily reported on X that the English translation
is: “I will wipe the floor with my enemies. I will crush them under my boot. I
will put them in graves”.
The
translator claims this is no laughing matter it is a coded message and a dog
whistle to her Somalian followers to get ready for violence.

Dexter Van Zile
of Focus on Western Islamism reported that A Texas sheikh has been
advocating for jihad, legitimizing violence against Israeli civilians, and the
stoning of adulterers while receiving great acclaim from Muslim institutions in
the United States. The sheikh in question, Salah Al-Sawy, is no small-time
extremist, but the secretary-general of the Assembly of
Muslim Jurists of America, a body of Islamic legal scholars that issues
religious rulings for Muslims living in the United States. He also serves as
president of the Islamic
University of North America (also known as Mishkah University) and
president of the Medical
Center Islamic Society in Houston.
The messages Al-Sawy is promoting can be seen
on his Arabic-language fatwa website, Mawsu’at
Fatawa al-Sawy (the al-Sawy Fatwa Encyclopedia), which promotes jihad and
the stoning of adulterers to his supporters. The rulings, which appear to be
published only in Arabic, are not stray remarks. Four of these rulings, posted
in 2017 and 2025, indicate that Al-Sawy refuses to condemn violence on
principle. Two other fatwas indicate that he regards slavery not as a moral
wrong that infringes on people’s human rights, but as a practice that brings
Muslims into disrepute.
In one ruling dated December 26, 2017, an
Egyptian asked whether he was
religiously obliged to go and fight in Syria. Al-Sawy praised the man’s
“religious zeal” and called jihad “the peak of Islam.”
The Post and Courier out of Charleston, NC,
published an opinion piece by Shahid Husain who came to the United States of
America in 1994 as a research fellow. He joined the Department of Ophthalmology
at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2003 and currently works as a
professor. He has been actively involved in establishing and operating the
Central Mosque Of Charleston.
He wrote:
Islam is a religion of ease,
simplicity and universality.
It's a faith
that can be practiced worldwide, transcending differences in race, ethnicity,
lineage, language and culture.
Shahid Hussein
calls this, The principal of ease and elaborates.
From its very
beginning, the principle of ease has been central to Islamic teachings.
Almighty Allah declares in the Holy
Quran:
“Allah intends
for you ease and does not intend for your hardship.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:185)
This principle
is reinforced by another Quranic verse:
“He has not
placed upon you in the religion any difficulty.” (Surah Al-Hajj 22:78)
These verses
establish a fundamental principle of Islam: Religious obligations are not
intended to impose unnecessary hardship, but to guide people toward a balanced,
meaningful and righteous life.

The Sun Herald reported that a McKinney, Texas
teen has been arrested after allegedly planning to assassinate U.S. Rep. Keith
Self and conduct a terrorist attack in North Texas on behalf of ISIS, federal
officials said. Rep. Self stated, “I am grateful to the FBI and law enforcement
for stopping this threat. My family and I are safe, and I remain focused on
serving the people of Texas’ 3rd District.”
Sources told WFAA that the teen had been
radicalized recently and federal agents had been monitoring his activity. The
suspect was arrested Oct. 5 after obtaining a firearm. Authorities
haven’t released the teen’s name or given a possible motive for his alleged
plans. In Texas, the Penal Code makes it illegal for a person to sell or
give a firearm to any child younger than 18. This means the person who sold
or gave the firearm to the 17 year old is can be held criminally liable.
CANADA
Rebel News reported that on October 20, 2014,
Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent was deliberately run down in a
Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu parking lot by Martin Couture-Rouleau. Couture-Rouleau
was a radicalized convert whose passport the Canadian government had already
seized, and he was one of 90 Canadians the RCMP had under watch. Vincent, a
28-year veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force, died the next day.
During the police chase, Couture-Rouleau called
911 and told the operator he would not surrender, because he might find another
soldier to kill. Prime Minister Stephen Harper called him “an ISIL-inspired
terrorist.” Two days later, another jihadist killed Cpl. Nathan Cirillo at the
National War Memorial and stormed Parliament.
This week, the Canadian Armed Forces and
Canada Remembers marked the anniversary by calling Vincent “the victim
of a hit-and-run incident.” The Canadian Army’s own X account, meanwhile,
said Vincent and Cirillo were killed in “a terrorist attack aimed at the very
fabric of our nation.”

This is a follow up to a story we last covered on
October 2nd on the Muslims being caught possibly preparing for a
terrorist attack against a British military base where US forces were launching
attacks on Iran. The Hill reported that on Tuesday, October 27th two British men
in connection to a suspected plot to attack a U.S.-run air base last month, an
incident the country has blamed on Iran.
The British police charged Mohmed Ahmad
Abdulkarim, 24, from London, under the National Security Act with
conduct to assist a foreign intelligence service, according to a release
from the Crown Prosecution Service.
“In this case, we believe that country to be
Iran,” Laurence Taylor, the head of British counterterrorism policing,
later said in a statement.
Authorities charged a second British man,
Nou<ow>man Essghir <al sah gear>, 24, also under the National
Security Act with entering, accessing, inspecting or approaching a
“prohibited place” for reasons “prejudicial to the safety or interests of the
United Kingdom” on Aug. 22. This charges is not related to this event.

https://www.dailymail.com/news/article-16222717/palestine-poppy-creator-book-children-stoning.html
The Daily Mail reported that the designer of a
controversial 'Palestine poppy' is an Oxford-educated NHS paediatrician who has
authored books for teenagers on Islam that justify stoning.
Abdul Qader Ismail, 41, from Birmingham,
describes himself as a 'middle-aged, cake-baking, horror movie-watching,
British-Pakistani, Muslim' father-of-two.
But the trainee paediatrician – who has worked
at hospitals across the East Midlands – is facing accusations of 'hijacking'
Britain's national symbol of remembrance, and has written a series of books entitled
An Introduction to Challenging Topics for Muslim Teens, covers concepts such as
stoning and homosexuality for a readership of older children. For sale via
Amazon.
In the first volume, Dr Ismail suggests
punishments such as stoning are justified because they prevent Muslims from
engaging in forbidden acts and ultimately 'moving away from Islam'.
He recounts a religious tale of a man who was
stoned to death after begging to be 'purified' for the sin of fornicating.
After his death, he was said to be 'swimming in the rivers of paradise'.
'These punishments are meant to serve as a
deterrent... and any excuse is found not to apply them,' he wrote. 'Even when
they are put into practice it is still a blessing from Allah, since it will
mean we pay for our sins in this life and avoid punishment in the hereafter.'

GERMANY
This
is a follow up to a story that we covered last year. Bild reported this week
that on June 22, 2025, at the Barbarossa swimming pool in Gelnhausen. Eight
girls reported to the lifeguard that they had been groped on their buttocks and
breasts by men. Police quickly identified five suspects.
Investigations against three men were dropped . However, in the case of assaults against
four girls, the public prosecutor's office found sufficient evidence, and they
have now been charged.
Ahmed
A.-R. (19) was charged with sexually
harassing
a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old, as well as coercion of a 15-year-old; he faces
juvenile detention. "I didn't do anything," he told the court.
His 29-year-old cousin is charged with sexually harassing a 14-year-old. He
faces up to two years in prison. He, too, claims he is not the man they are
looking for. The trial started this week. With the men captured on camera
laughing as the entered the court house. The verdict is expected on November
30th.

AFP
reported that on October 14th as the new school year was getting
under way in Austria, a headscarf ban for girls under 14 has sparked protests
on the streets and in the classroom, with dozens of pupils refusing to comply.
Austria's
conservative-led government has insisted that the ban, introduced on September
1, promotes gender equality and protects Muslim girls from "segregation
and oppression".
But
critics argue that it disproportionately targets Muslims, infringes upon
religious freedom and is forcing young girls to dress in a way that makes them
feel uncomfortable.
One
demonstrator in Vienna, Zehra, 37, who did not want to give her last name, said
her two daughters, aged nine and 13, were "sad and angry" about the
ban. "We raise our children by telling them, you can decide who you want
to be -- and this law is the exact opposite."
Seham, 12, said she felt "afraid" to remove her headscarf at school "because I'd worn it for two years and it felt like a part of me".

NETHERLANDS
De Telegraf reported that a 23 year old Somali man who is suspected of the murder of Hajar (29) from
Amsterdam was arrested on Tuesday morning following a new violent incident in a
home in the North Holland.
Last Monday
evening, he was questioned as a witness in the investigation into the murder of
the Amsterdam woman, who was found dead on Friday in a suitcase in the Amstel
River at the capital.
The suspect is of
Somali nationality, has no fixed place of residence, and holds a permanent
residence permit. According to De Beukelaer, he came to the Netherlands at the
age of 6. The man was already known to the police and the judicial authorities,
but according to the Public Prosecution Service, his criminal record consisted
solely of shoplifting.
Detectives found
camera footage showing Hajar with him at the RAI in Amsterdam-South on the
evening of her disappearance. Because the footage did not appear to indicate a
threatening situation, he was initially classified as a witness.
SYRIA
Algemeiner reported that the Institute for
Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se), a
nonprofit organization that analyzes schoolbooks and curricula worldwide,
released a new study on October 16th examining Syria’s educational materials,
analyzing 130 textbooks for grades 1–12 used in the 2025–2026 school year and
retained for 2026–2027 and comparing them with textbooks published under the
Assad regime between 2011 and 2023.
IMPACT-se’s findings reveal a major ideological
shift in Syria’s curriculum since President Ahmed al-Sharaa took power in
December 2024, which show a change from a pan-Arab nationalist narrative to an Islamist
worldview that glorifies jihad and martyrdom.
IMPACT-se CEO Marcus Sheff said in a
statement that “This report should raise serious concerns among international
leaders who hope to see Syria emerge as a partner in building a peaceful and
prosperous Middle East.”
a Grade 3 Islamic Studies textbook tells
parents that the goal of education is no longer to prepare children to
participate in “serving the homeland,” but rather to equip them for “serving
the faith and the ummah,” referring to the worldwide Muslim community.
In one Grade 6 lesson, students are explicitly
taught that “treason and backstabbing are among the traits of the Jews.”
Across the curriculum, Israel’s right to exist
and Jewish national identity are denied; Palestinian violence is framed as
legitimate resistance; and armed struggle, self-sacrifice, and even suicide
bombings are portrayed as justified acts of defense and the highest form of
martyrdom.
ETHIOPIA

The Daily Mail reported that More than 40 people

The attacks took place in Oromia, Ethiopia's
largest state, which has faced a long-running insurgency and ethnic tensions,
with armed groups using Islam to inflame divisions.

They said 44 people were killed in the region,
while another resident put the toll at 51.
JORDAN

WISHTV.com
reported that Muslims attacked a Greek Orthodox Church during a funeral in Karak,
Jordan killing nine and injuring between 40 others on October 23rd.
On Monday
October 26th, the Public Security Directorate identified the three men as
brothers Hazzah Zaidan Mohammad and Mishal Zaidan Mohammad, and their
brother-in-law Ahmad Sami Hussein. All three are Jordanian; they were taken
into custody by the Jordanian Air Force who fought a battle to take them alive.
The agency’s
chief described the gunmen as “takfiri,” a term used for Sunni militants, but
said they were not tied to any organized group. “They only represent
themselves,” Maj. Gen. Obaidallah Abd Rabbo Al-Maayta told a news conference.
He also said a large cache of munitions was found in the abandoned house where
Jordanian forces apprehended the men.
Jordan’s
Interior Minister Mazen Al-Faraya said the attack by the three was the result
of “a terroristic, extremist way of thinking.”
“If this way of
thinking is not resolved, we will see incidents like this again,” he told
reporters.
Jordan’s King Abdullah II had ordered authorities to respond with “an iron fist”
against what he called the outlaws of Islam and anyone attempting to undermine
the unity of the Jordanian people.
“We vowed the
terrorists would not escape punishment, and no proponent of dark ideologies
that divide Jordanians will be tolerated,” he said in a statement on Monday.
