Misty a friend of The Straight Way of Grace Ministry shared some research on the Islamic Circle of North America, one of the groups listed on the Explanatory Memorandum of the North American Muslim Brotherhood. One interesting item she discovered is that ICNA Relief and Helping Hands have received federal awards and there is a note identifying an area warranting further examination: the relationship between publicly funded activities, health and family services, refugee assistance, and explicitly Islamic or faith based programming conducted within ICNA Relief USA Programs and Helping Hand for Relief and Development.
This is important information because religious
entities that receive awards are not allowed to share their faith with those
receiving services. This is a huge reason Christian organizations avoid
government funding.

WCVB
out of Boston reported that a 39-year-old Massachusetts delivery driver
is facing multiple charges after East Bridgewater police say he sexually
assaulted a woman with severe mobility issues while delivering medication to
her home.
Qaisar Ali of Brockton is charged with three
counts of assault and battery on an elderly or disabled person, two counts of
indecent assault and battery on an elderly or disabled person, indecent
exposure, breaking and entering in the daytime, and assault with intent to
commit rape.
Not stated by
the media is that Qaisar is an illegal alien from Pakistan!
The
Washington Free Beacon reported that Abdul El-Sayed's father-in-law, is among
the top leaders of an Islamic organization identified by the federal government
as a public facing group for the Muslim Brotherhood. Part of his role with the
Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which the federal government linked to
the financing of Hamas, Tayeb Jukaku contributes at least $5,000 to the
organization annually.
Dallas Morning News reported that the word “Traitor,” followed George
Fuller, Mayor of McKinney City, Texas as he left the city council, for asking council
members to treat the McKinney Islamic Association's request for approval of a
new campus "fairly, impartially and according to the law."
For more than four hours, over 100 people spoke to the council, dozens
in opposition to the mosque and to Islam itself, answering the calls of Texas
Republican leaders to "STOP the spread of Sharia in Texas," as
Rep. Keith Self, R-McKinney, wrote on X regarding the McKinney mosque.
The site plan did not ask for any variance from the city's zoning rules
or design exceptions, city staff said. The plan is "fully compliant"
with city rules, according to city documents. Other approvals, like building
permits, will require further consideration.
"This is a site plan approval and nothing else," said council
member Justin Beller over boo-s and shouts of "recall" from the
crowd. "I would encourage all citizens to resist this reckless political
rhetoric which, in my opinion, amounts to election year fear-mongering."
The McKinney Islamic Association meets at its current mosque
on Eldorado Parkway, which will remain open as the new buildings are
constructed.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/us/articles/proposed-islamic-center-continues-draw-203948311.html
WCNC out of Charlotte, NC, reported that construction is already
underway on a new building for the Islamic Center of Lake Norman, but the
project continues to draw pushback from some residents in the community.
The Islamic Center, founded in 2011, is building a new facility on
Singleton Road that includes a prayer hall and a separate kitchen and office
building. Town officials say commissioners have no legal authority to block
the project.
That hasn't stopped residents from showing up to voice their concerns
during a public comment period this week.
"People asking me, why did no one know? Is this even true? Why does
it matter?" one resident said.
Some speakers raised concerns about a lack of advance notice regarding
the project, as well as potential traffic impacts. Others opposed the center on
religious grounds, drawing sharp criticism from civil rights organizations. The
Council on American-Islamic Relations called some of the comments made during
the meeting "hateful."
The Islamic Center of Lake Norman released a statement addressing the
concerns, saying in part: "We follow the same laws and regulations as
every other community, and the project is not expected to significantly affect
traffic... We are your neighbors and an active part of the Mooresville
community. And we hope we can all connect better as neighbors."
Al Rieder with CAIR- North Carolina, said he hopes people in the
community will take time to learn more about Islam directly from members of the
faith.
"If they don't know Islam or truly understand Islam, I highly
highly urge people who are not Muslim in our community to physically go to
mosques, reach out to them, … reach out to them, meet them, physically meet
their imams, their pastors," Rieder said. "Those are knowledgeable
people."
Combat Antisemitism ran the headline, “Turning a Blind Eye to Muslim
Brotherhood Emboldens Extremists and Undermines US National Security.”
The U.S. Senate Judiciary
Committee’s Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action, and
Federal Rights held a hearing on Wednesday on the topic of “Hidden in Plain Sight:
Confronting the Muslim Brotherhood Network in America.”
Subcommittee Chairman Sen. Ted
Cruz (R-TX) said, “I held a hearing today in which experts established
that the Muslim Brotherhood and DSA communists are united by a shared hatred of
America, Israel, Western civilization, capitalism, and democracy, and a
revolutionary objective to overthrow the U.S. Constitution. That is why this
issue is so critical.”
“The Brotherhood’s American network
has spent decades building influence inside our nonprofits, political
organizations, universities, courts, and taxpayer-funded programs,” he noted.
That hearing was boycotted by all
five Democratic members of the subcommittee — Senators Sheldon
Whitehouse (D-RI), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Mazie
Hirono (D-HI), Alex Padilla (D-CA) and Peter
Welch (D-VT) — who claimed its purpose was “scapegoating Muslims.”
In a statement ahead of the hearing,
the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) said, “The boycott by Senate Democrats
of today’s … hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood network in the United States is
both indefensible and deeply concerning. Turning a blind eye to this global
terror-linked network and its growing presence in this country only emboldens
extremists and undermines American national security.”
This same hearing was reported in the Texas Scorecard
as having reviewed the relationship of CAIR an organization declared a
terrorist entity in Texas and Florida with Epic City which has been rebranded
as “The Meadow.”
Arielle F. Klepach, senior
litigation counsel for the National Jewish Advocacy
Center, likened the EPIC City development, later rebranded as “The Meadow,” as following
a pattern of “mega-mosque” building projects in Europe commonly motivated by
“Islamist separatism.”
This movement is a “deliberate
attempt to cut Muslim communities off spiritually, intellectually, and
culturally from the surrounding secular society,” with the building projects in
particular “generally [containing] community-like features such as schools,
libraries, and gyms,” according to Klepach.
Senator Cruz cited public remarks by CAIR National Executive Director and
co-founder Nihad Awad, who stated
he was “happy to see people breaking the siege” with regard to the October 7, 2023, Hamas
attacks.
“Many people associated with CAIR
have actively aided terrorism and criminal efforts,” stated Cruz. “Senior CAIR
official Ghassan Elashi was
sentenced to 65 years for funneling over $12 million to Hamas.”

Todd Starnes reported on
Brighton, NY which is in my neighborhood! The elected leaders of
Brighton, said it was okay to display Islamic symbols in the public square, but
not Christian symbols.
The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has filed a federal
lawsuit accusing officials in Brighton, New York, of violating the First
Amendment after refusing to allow a Christian resident to erect a traditional
Nativity scene in the town’s public square—despite permitting other religious
displays, including a prominent Ramadan banner celebrating the Muslim holy
month.
According to the complaint, Brighton officials have ignored repeated
requests from a local physician for more than two years to display a life-size
Nativity scene in the Twelve Corners public square during the Christmas season.
Meanwhile, the town has allowed other private religious displays, including a
large Ramadan banner and a Hanukkah menorah.
A 42-year-old match promoter with the FIFA national football
organization and a representative of the Qatar football team has been charged
with transportation of child pornography.
Ali Homoud Al-naimi had originally entered the United States from Qatar,
but authorities took him into custody in Galveston after returning to the
United States on a cruise ship traveling from Mexico.
At his detention hearing July 29, the court heard about images found on
Alnaimi’s phones that allegedly depicted male children under the approximate
age of five being sexually exploited. Evidence also revealed Alnami could
easily return to Qatar where the United States does not have an extradition
treaty. On July 31, the court ordered him into custody pending further criminal
proceedings. If convicted, Alnaimi faces up to 20 years in federal prison
and a possible $250,000 maximum fine.
The criminal complaint alleges
Alnaimi had traveled to multiple states while in the United States and was
taking a vacation from Galveston before leaving for Qatar. Alnaimi was
allegedly in possession of child sexual abuse material that he had brought into
the United States.
Upon his arrest, the charges
allege law enforcement discovered numerous videos depicting the child
pornography on his cell phone.

The Daily Mail reported that Mahmoud Al-Abyari
has been secretly living a double life as a terror financier, accused by the US
of funneling cash to Hamas through
two sham charities.
It has been claimed the 74-year-old is a senior
leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, the global extremist group the US banned as a
terrorist entity in January.
In Britain, showing support for Hamas, a
proscribed organisation, can carry a jail term of up to 14 years - yet The Mail
on Sunday understands he has not yet been questioned by the Metropolitan
Police.
Al-Abyari was photographed leaving his house on
foot last week, despite telling a reporter from this newspaper on WhatsApp that
he was too ill to talk.
The dual Egyptian-Austrian national, who has
lived in Britain for decades, denies ever funding Hamas and dismisses the US
sanctions as 'false' and 'without proof'.
The US Treasury has described Al-Abyari as 'a
United Kingdom-based senior leader of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, a group
designated as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist in January 2026.' It
states that Al-Abyari fundraised for two Turkish charities, Filistin Vakfi
and Hayat Yolu, both previously banned by the US for raising money for
Hamas.
The Treasury added that Al-Abyari 'worked with
Muslim Brotherhood groups to support and provide financial assistance to
Hamas'.

afterwards but police arrested him three days later after matching his DNA to
that found on the girl's shoe.
British-born
Younas, 31, was jailed for nine years after admitting kidnap and engaging in

The Cambridgeshire Constabulary reported that
Abdiftah Ahmed, 27, attacked a victim who had just left a pub in Broadway and
was looking for a taxi at about 12.35am on 22 December 2019.
Ahmed dragged the man, who was in his 40s, to
the ground and kicked him multiple times to the head. He then walked away but
returned with his mobile phone and appeared to take a photo or video of the
victim before kicking him twice more.
Onlookers came to the victim’s aid, and he was
taken to hospital with a broken nose and injuries to his face which required
surgery.
Ahmed was arrested and data from his mobile
phone confirmed he was in the area at the time of the attack, and CCTV footage
was used to identify Ahmed.
Ahmed was charged with causing grievous bodily
harm with intent and appeared at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on 26
October 2020. It took six years, but Abdiftah Ahmed was finally tried and
on Tuesday (4 August), and has been jailed for five years, having
admitted a lesser charge of causing grievous bodily harm without intent.

Pollar reported that two Toulouse police
officers were stabbed by a man shouting Allahu Akbar on August 10th.
According to Le Figaro, the
individual first approached the officers' vehicle pretending to provide
information, then insulted and threatened them before brandishing two knives.
The assailant lunged at the vehicle, making violent gestures. When one
officer in the passenger seat lowered the window, the man struck the
interior with an object resembling an oyster knife. The officers
exited the vehicle to attempt to subdue him.
According to the deputy mayor for
security, Émilion Esnault, the arrest was extremely difficult. Officers
confiscated one knife but the attacker was carrying two more. The man shouted
"Allahu Akbar" several times during the assault. A video
authenticated by a source close to the investigation and
published by BFMTV shows one male officer struggling with the man,
attempting to stop him with baton strikes, while one of two female
officers sprays tear gas in his face. The officer eventually pinned the
man to the ground with support from his two colleagues. The attacker was
also transported to hospital.
EWTN News reported that French
authorities on July 27 ordered the closure of a mosque in the Paris region for
six months, citing sermons and social media posts by its imams that officials
say glorified terrorism, legitimized jihad, and incited violence, hatred, and
discrimination.
The closure occurred in the context of
growing political debates around the challenges posed by the expansion of Islam
in the country. The order targeted the “Chanteloup” mosque in a suburb
northeast of the capital in the Seine-Saint-Denis department.
The closure was ordered under a provision
enacted in October 2017 that allows prefects to shut down places of worship
where preaching is found to “incite violence or hatred, promote terrorism, or
provoke acts of terrorism.”
