On September 8th, Yale University President Peter Salovey and Yale Law School Dean Robert C. Post announced it is accepting a $10 million gift to create the Abdallah S. Kamel Center for the Study of Islamic Law and Civilization at Yale Law School. What these two men did not say speaks volumes.

Saleh Abdallah (aka Saleh Abdullah) Kamel, is the father of Abdallah S. (aka Abdullah S.) Kamel has been a known banker and financier of Al-Qaeda. The son Abdallah S. Kamel still works for his father at Dallah Al-Baraka Group, of Saleh’s organizations that were investigated for funding Al Qaeda. From 2001 to 2008 the FBI were investigating Saleh Abdallah Kamel as both a friend of Osama Bin Laden and as a financier of Al Qaeda. Below is a list of Saleh Abdalla Kamel’s businesses and transactions that were investigated by the FBI, Homeland Security, etc.:

1. Dallah Avco – (New York Times (8/2/2003) 


2. Dallah al Baraka banking conglomerate for contributing to BMI Inc., a confirmed Al-Qaeda financer. (US Congress 10/22/2003, Wall Street Journal 6/21/2004) 


3. DMI (Dar al-Maal Al-Islami Trust)– Saleh listed as a major investor amidst a proven string of Bin Laden support by DMI (Chicago Tribune 12/21/2004, New York Times 8/8/2008) 


4. Saleh was found listed as a member of the “Golden Chain” an al-Qaeda finance list of 20 wealthy persons. Judge Conway, an extremely liberal judge removed Saleh A. Kamel and his bank Al Shamal Islamic Bank from a civil suit brought by 9/11 families on the grounds he considered the Golden Chain a myth. (Arab News 12/18/2006)

Yale Law School must have an extremely low standard of background research on those that would have their names emblazoned on the college for centuries to come. This research took less than an hour on Google.

In addition, Yale President Salovey made misleading statements to the public on September 8th regarding the sharia school:

Mr. Kamel’s extraordinary generosity will open up exciting new opportunities for Yale Law School and for the entire university. The Abdallah S. Kamel Center for the Study of Islamic Law and Civilization will enhance research opportunities for our students and other scholars and enable us to disseminate knowledge and insights for the benefit of scholars and leaders all over the world. 

How will teaching sharia at a law school benefit those in Yale? It only benefits Muslims. But is it a benefit to Yale? To America? to the world?

IF sharia stands in direct opposition to the US Constitution on any point, a sharia law school’s presence at an American law school could be harmful to the law community and to the American public. Why? Because teaching sharia in an American law school, legitimizes their belief that sharia is superior to the US Constitution. If you think Muslim’s do not believe this please view the two videos below.

Sharia vs. US Constitution 
Sharia literally means “right path” it is the Arabic term for Islamic law. Sharia does not allow nor does it accept our current government which Abraham Lincoln described in the Gettysburg Address as "Government of the people, by the people, for the people.”

A shariah based government is a non-democratic theocracy. Because sharia denies the right of man made law to exist that do not submit to sharia, as everything is to be in submission to sharia, it can not accept the very Preamble of the Constitution, which states:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Because the US Constitution is law made by man, not God, Islam does not accept the US Constitution. However, until there are enough Muslims to combat and change this, they are to engage in civilization jihad in the United States. If Secretary of State John Kerry and President Obama have their way, the number of Muslims in the USA will increase exponentially through mass acceptance of “Syrian refugees.” This is a national security issue considering they do not accept the US Constitution.

This says nothing about the Freedoms of the People protected by the Bill of Rights. Just look at the First Amendment. Sharia is in direct opposition to these few words!

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. 

For this reason I, Paul Sutliff, Author and Writer challenge both President Peter Salovey and Yale Law School Dean Robert C. Post to a debate on the following points:

1. Under sharia those who leave Islam are executed. How does teaching this at Yale Law School “benefit the entire university”? How is this scholarly? How does it “benefit the world?” 
2. Under sharia freedom of speech is denied, those who “defame the prophet are executed.” How does teaching this at Yale Law School “benefit the entire university”? How is this scholarly? How does it “benefit the world?” 
3. Under sharia pedophilia is a normal activity. How does teaching this at Yale Law School “benefit the entire university”? How is this scholarly? How does it “benefit the world?” 
4. Under sharia bigamy is a normal activity. How does teaching this at Yale Law School “benefit the entire university”? How is this scholarly? How does it “benefit the world?” 
5. Under sharia musical instruments are banned. Rock and Roll and all other forms of music that use instruments are forbidden. How does teaching this at Yale Law School “benefit the entire university”? How is this scholarly? How does it “benefit the world?” 

If you can not think of a reason to answer any of these questions in a debate forum, why are you taking $10 million from a person who’s father has been long thought by the FBI to be an Al Qaeda financier? Why would you promote any law that stands in direct opposition to the US Constitution? These are the questions Americans want answered!

FEMA is Funding Muslims in America Who Support Terrorism

FEMA created the Non-Profit Security Program (NSGP) to provide assistance to non-profits targeted and/or threatened by terrorist organizations. The intent was to help targeted organizations in high threat areas of the country, it was not to provide funds for people who defend terrorists.

In 2009 the School of Islamic Studies of Broward, Inc. (SISB)  was award $50,000 by a FEMA grant intended to assist those non-profit organizations targeted by terrorists groups. In 2010 SISB changed its name to the Islamic Foundation of South Florida. For anyone keeping up on Counter-Terrorism this is a bell ringer. South Florida was the home of self-confessed terrorist funder Sami Al-Arian, alleged leader of the Palestinian Jihad, a terrorist group that worked hand in hand with Hamas, a self-declared chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Islamic Foundation of South Florida, formerly known as SISB had the same principle agent, Khurrum Basir Wahid. Wahid is a lawyer well known for doing one thing: defending those charged with terrorism.

Joe Kaufman, wrote about Khurrum Bassir Wahid this past June in an article on Front Page Magazine. Kaufman noted that Wahid has a history of defending terrorists with ambitions.

 Khurrum Wahid also served as the legal advisor for the national office of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and was a director of CAIR’s Florida chapter. CAIR was started by the exact same officers who ran the Islamic Association of Palestine (IAP) which was sued for wrongful death in civil court losing $14 million dollars for having been proven in a US court of law to have provided monetary support to Hamas who killed David Boheim an Israeli American. CAIR’s connection to Hamas has been documented in federal court and by the FBI. It was started with money from the Holy Land Foundation, an entity closed by the Federal government for funneling money to Hamas.

CAIR was recently labeled a terrorist entity by the United Arab Emirates. This was done because Hamas is the Palestinian chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood.

According to the Miami New Times, Wahid himself was placed on a federal terrorist watch list in 2011.

Today, Wahid is the co-chairman of Emerge USA. He is also one of the founders of Emerge. The group attempts to dupe politicians into attending its events by seducing them with a “Muslim vote,” but in reality, Emerge is nothing more than a front for anti-American and anti-Israel Islamists. Wahid has other connection to the Muslim Brotherhood through his guest writing for Muslim Public Affairs Council.  MPAC officers have regular appointments with the White House some of the officers have had several meetings with President Obama.

Pay attention to Wahid’s connection to the Florida chapter of the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR-FL). David Gaubatz used the term “incestuous relationships” in his book Muslim Mafia, to describe the tangled relationships that exist within Muslim Brotherhood front groups. Wahid is a perfect example of this. For not only does he have positions in CAIR-FL and the Islamic Foundation of South Florida, he is one of the founders and Co-Chairman of Emerge USA, another Muslim Brotherhood group that is politically active claiming it can garner Muslim votes for politicians.

Because Wahid’s school received $50,000 in 2009 it is likely he advised the national office of CAIR to post this advertisement of the FEMA Grant to other CAIR Chapters.

Council on American Islamic Relations – FL (Sunrise, FL)

CAIR-FL applied for the same funds in 2014. FEMA has awarded CAIR-FL’s Sunrise office $75,000 which they will receive on September 30, 2015.

The Non-Profit Security Grant Program (NSGP) requires that applicants submit copies of police reports that verify “identification and substantiation of a prior threats or attacks (from within or outside the US) by a terrorist organization, network, or cell against the applicant based on their ideology, beliefs, or mission.” (NPSGP p. 14). CAIR-FL wrote on their application that the Southern Poverty law Center claimed they were the subject of threats. They even reported events previous to moving in at this location. In addition, CAIR-FL claimed they had received 123 pieces of hate mail/threats in 2014. However, no evidence exists of those threats! Police and/or Insurance evidence is a Grant requirement to be eligible for funding!

The reason why a police report is needed is to stop people from the crime of “filing a false instrument.” This is the name of the crime for falsifying information on government forms.

CAIR-FL submitted a letter by Officer Cindi McCue of the Sunrise Police Department. It stated:

While I was visiting your space, you stated that CAIR has occupied the space for approximately one year. A check of our dispatch records show no calls for service during the last twelve months.

According to Officer McCue, CAIR-FL has not called them for any reason. Officer McCue’s letter included notations on good placements for security cameras and other suggestions for standard security protocols. However, her statement that there been NO CALLS is evidence that in the past year CAIR-FL has not received any verifiable threats at this location. The NSGP required that applicants be in “designated urban areas.” One of those areas is Fort Lauderdale.  The CAIR-FL address is a 15 mile drive from Fort Lauderdale according to Google Maps.  Yet, FEMA stated that they will award CAIR-FL $75,000 on September 30, 2015!

CAIR-FL has defended every accused Islamic terrorist from their community. From their defense of Sami Al-Arian a University of South Florida professor who had been accused of being a leader of the Palestinian Jihad and confessed to the lesser charge of providing material help to a terrorist network. Sami Al Arian  who was deported in May 2015 for not meeting the conditions of his plea agreement to the lesser charge of funding terrorism in exchange for testimony which he refused to give.

One question remains to be asked. Who is awarding FEMA grants to organizations that do not meet the bare minimum specifications?

Bill O’Reilly needs to WAKE UP! Jihad is NOT A PERVERSION OF ISLAM!

Bill O’Reilly, Fox Superstar could not express more ignorance than when he was so insistent that he was right he shut down a psychiatrist disagreeing with him and stated:

Spiritualism falls a part in the face of the jihad. OK. Which is a perversion of Islam. We all know that. (8/28/2015)




O’Reilly needs to put his thinking cap on and take his foot out of his mouth. The term Jihad according to Webster-dictionary.net means:

Calling jihad a perversion of Islam is nothing but a demonstrative show that Bill O’Reilly is incredibly ignorant of Islam, or has succumbed to Civilization Jihad.

Jihadists claim they are dying for Islam. They have the exact same beliefs as those Muslims who attend Jumma prayers each Friday at their local mosques.

How do we know this to be true versus Bill O’Reilly’s foolish belief that Jihad is a perversion of Islam?

Tarek Fatah pointed out on January 10, 2015 that:

<there> is a specific ritual prayer uttered by most Mosque Imams just prior to the formal Friday prayer we Muslims refer to as the Juma’a. In the prayer, the clerics ask Allah among other things to give “victory to Muslims over the ‘Qawm al-Kafirun’ the Arabic phrase that lumps all non-Muslims, that is Jews, Hindus, Christians, Atheists, Buddhists and Sikhs into one. 

I was hoping this particular prayer would not be uttered on the day Islamist Jihadi Terrorists killed four Jews in Paris in the name of Islam and just two days after the Charlie Hebdo massacre.

To my disappointment, there was no such thoughtful omission at the downtown Toronto Masjid run by the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Muslim Association of Canada. Far from being solemn and condemn the acts of terror, Imam Abdool Hamid showed no sense of humility or humbleness, remarking in English how he wished Islam “will become established in the land over all other religions, although the ‘Disbelievers’ (Jews, Christians, Hindus and Atheists) hate that.”

“I bear witness that there is no God worthy of worship but Allah. He is one and has no partner, and I also bear witness that Muhammad (PBUH) is the Servant and Messenger of Allah, whom Allah sent with the ‘Religion of Truth’ [Islam] and with Guidance so that this Truth and this Guidance [Islam] will become established in the land over all other religions, although the ‘Disbelievers’ (Jews, Christians, Hindus and Atheists) hate that.”

Later on he would repeat the ritual praying to Allah to grant Muslims victory over Non-Muslims. 

Tarek Fatah even translated a part of Iman Abdool Hamid’s Arabic sermon into English:

O Allah give victory to our Brothers. The Muslims, the oppressed, the tyrannized and the ‘Mujahideen’ [those who fight the Jihad] around the world.

O Allah, pour patience, upon Muslims strengthen their feet and give them victory over Non-Muslims (qawm el Kafirooon)”

O’Reilly’s ignorance on jihad being a part of Islam is confounded further by textbooks used in Islamic schools in America. What Islam is All About by Yahiya Emerick, is an Islamic textbook written for grade 7.

the goal of a physical Jihad is not to have a big war, gain riches or kill people, it is to further the cause of Allah and to create justice on Earth. Then when the evil is removed, or the other side wants peace, we are to make peace as well…

A physical Jihad may oly be initiated for three reasons: 1) To defend the Muslim community against aggression. 2) To eliminate an evil force which is oppressing people. And 3) To remove any barrier to the free flow of Islamic da’wah….

A person who is engaged in Jihad is called a Mujahid, or Struggler for Allah… (page 164)

So, Bill O’Reilly if they teach this in Islamic private schools across the country, do you need to stand up be a man and say those all important 3 words that respectable honorable men say when they make a mistake? I was wrong.

Own up to it O’Reilly, that you said something wrong or you become a major media assentor to misinformation on Islam!

21 Questions to Ask Officials Bringing in Syrian Refugees

DARE TO BE BOLD AND ASK THOSE WILLING TO ACCEPT SYRIAN REFUGEES INTO YOUR COMMUNITY THESE QUESTIONS!

The following questions were developed for a daring attorney with the opportunity to question Asst. Secretary of State, Anne Richards on August 25, 2015, regarding South Carolina possibly taking in Syrian Refugees.

Please use any and all of these questions when interviewing persons in favor of accepting Syrian Refugees into your community. I only request that you provide video or audio digital recording of both the question and response and share them with me.

1.      1. Will the Syrian refugees be vetted and how?

a.       RESPONSE:

Michael Steinbach, deputy assistant director of the FBI’s counter terrorism unit was asked this same question before Congress in February 2015. His response was:

I just don’t think you can go and get it. You’re talking about a country that’s a failed state, does not have any infrastructure so to speak. So all the data sets, the police, the intel services, that you would normally go to and seek that information, don’t exist.[1]

b.      RESPONSE: Are you lying to us or is the Michael Steinbach, Asst. Director of the FBI accurate?

2.      You are here as an expert on Syrian refugees as your purpose is to enlist this state to receive thousands of Syrian refugees.  Are you familiar with the Muslim term “Hijrah?” Are you aware of the two purposes of hijrah for Muslims? Please state them to prove your knowledge in this area.

     JUSTIFICATION: IF the public is uninformed of this term and its reasoning they can not 
     make an informed decision!

    a. RESPONSES:      

        1) If yes---Then inform her if she is correct or purposefully misleading the public on what she says she knows.

        2)      If No: ---Please explain how we can trust your word about these people when you are not even familiar with the Islamic term for migration and are unfamiliar with public statements on Islamic sites that explain the two reasons for hijrah?

       Hijrah reasons according Islamic authority:

       1)      To Islamic lands:

            a.        Islam Q and A recently answered: Can Muslims settle in kaafir countries for the sake of a better life? Part of the answer stated that: “In the Sunnah, the Prophet (PBUH) said: “I disown every Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen” [non-Muslims].” (Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2645; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.)

            b.      Zakariya al-Ansaari al-Shaafa’i said in his book Asna al-Mataalib (4/207): “It is obligatory to migrate from the kaafir lands to the Muslim lands for those who are able to do that, if they are unable to practise their religion openly.” 

     2. To Non-Muslim Lands:

            a.   According to Hadith no. 2863 Kitab al Amthael reported by Timri, also reported by Imam Ahmed Ibn Hanbel as Hadith no 17344 Mohammad said: “I charge you five of what Allah has charged me with: to assemble, to listen, to obey, to immigrate and to wage jihad for the sake Allah.”

            b.  Sura 2:218  “Surely those who believed and those who emigrated and performed jihad.”

            c.  Sura 8:72    “Surely those who believed and those who emigrated and performed jihad with their money and their lives for the sake Allah, and those who gave asylum…”

            d.  Sura 8:74    “And those who believed and emigrated and performed jihad for the sake of Allah, and those who gave asylum and help [gave you victory], those are the true believers, they will receive forgiveness and generous provisions.”

            e.  Sura 8:75   ““And those who believed afterward and emigrated and performed jihad with you, so those are of you.

3.      According to the State Department a Refugee is eligible for work and is expected to do so almost immediately upon arrival.[2] 3. How will this help the current unemployment levels of American citizens?  The current rate of unemployment is fluctuating around 10% however government statistics on BLS lower these stats to 5% due to dropping millions of Americans from those seeking employment.[3]

4.      Considering you use the term “integrate” in Refugee resettlement policy, please tell us what you mean by this term and explain why that term was changed from “assimilate.”

     a.       Definitions

      1)      Integrate: Integration is a two way process where there are cross influences from both the cultures and both change a small bit to accept the minority culture into the majority culture. This is a process that requires acceptance of the laws and ways of the host country by the people of the minority culture without giving up on their own laws and ways. [4]

      2)      Assimilate: Assimilation is a process of absorbing minority communities into the ways and views of the majority community in a multicultural society. This is absorption that takes place in a one way direction as the minority communities are required to learn the customs and traditions of the majority community giving up their own or modifying them to become acceptable to the majority community. Assimilation has become a dirty word in some ways as it asks people belonging to a minority culture to give up on some aspects of their culture to adopt the ways of the majority culture to be accepted by the majority community. [5]

5.      Considering that the vast majority (93%?) are Muslim, by using the term “Integrate” will you ask each Syrian refugee if they prefer sharia or the Constitution?

      a.       RESPONSE:

                                                             
            i.      NO: Policy uses the term “integrate” then if Muslims come here and integrate then you expect us to accept some of their laws? You do know that pedophilia and killing non-Muslims are legal under sharia?

6.      What are the names of the top 20 organizations slated to receive funds for bringing in the Syrians who may create an unsafe environment for Americans?

     a.       If Catholic Charities or other faith based names are given:

                        i.      According to Christina Jeffrey, PhD, religious institutions providing aid are subject to new White House regs that will require them to pay for abortions. Is this true? Have you informed these groups that you will be using their connection to refugee resettlement initiatives to revoke their faith based objection to paying for abortions?

7.      Will there be an increase in Syrian refugees from the amount originally intended? UNHR is lobbying for America to take 65,000 more by the end of 2016.

8.      What happens to refugees who are not “self-sufficient” after a 1 year period? Do they also get a free pass onto the Welfare rolls as they obtain citizenship? Do they become an additional burden to the taxpayers of the state?

9.      What is the difference between “self-sustaining” and “self-sufficient?” 

     a.  Why do you hope for the lesser of the two?

10.  Will refugees be placed in a mandatory English language course? Why not? How do you expect them to adapt to American life, if they will not or cannot learn the English language?

11.  Somalian refugees are moving from state to state to find the best and easiest accessed welfare. Many are not assimilating to the American culture. How will accepting more refugees then be a good thing for the local community and the American people as a whole?

12.  Will refugees who become citizens have to swear to “bear arms on behalf of the United States” and “perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States?” [6]

      a.      Response: No ---So we are not asking the Syrian refugees to do anything when becoming a citizen? That is after a minimum of being here in the country for 1 year? They simply sit back and reap the benefits but do not have to swear to defend our government?

13.   The government in accepting these refugees provides a guide to communities to help refugees access information on federal funding streams. If the state accepts thousands of refugees what does this mean regarding welfare costs and Medicare costs per person? For 1 yr.?  3yr.? 5 yr?

14.  Has the Government planned for the expansion of refugee services as Muslims tend to have much larger families than the current American population? Please explain. How will this effect our taxation federal and state?

15.  Are you engaged in tracking and targeting Anti-refugee resettlement legislation in counties and states? If so please explain how this is a legal task of a federal agency.

16.  Are you aware of Commissioner Peter Kirsanov’s letter to President Obama on how a large influx of unskilled laborers will effect the job market particularly for black and other minority Americans who are unskilled? His letter was written regarding granting illegals green cards to work in America. Refugees get Green Cards to work in America and will generally fill unskilled labor positions negatively effecting the urban black population. How is this push to accept refugees in such large amounts NOT going to effect black Americans and other minorities seeking low skill jobs?

17.  What percentage of those labeled as Syrian refugees will actually claim Syria as their home country? Refugee camps take in people from many countries, how can you verify that these people are who they say are?

      
      a.       Answer: We are taking the UN at their word.

      b.      RESPONSE: This is the same UN that allowed HAMAS to launch rockets from their schools in Gaza and allowed the HAMAS to establish a military base in the basement of a hospital in Gaza without making a public outcry defying their usage?

18.  Are you familiar with Kenya wanting to UN to remove their Refugee camps because of the Islamic terrorist attacks on the Westgate Mall and the Christian College in Kenya originating in the camps? Will any the refugees claiming Syria as a home come from Kenyan camps?

19.  A large percentage of those supporting the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) in the USA are Somalians who have or had a refugee status here. How will taking in new refugees who want their lives ruled by sharia like the Somalian refugees make us (the American people) safe versus increasing the threat of terrorism?

20.  Why are we not receiving a majority of Christians versus Muslims when Christians are at risk of slaughter and slavery in territories ruled by the Islamic State versus Muslims who then get to live in a sharia based country?

21.  Please name three Muslim countries accepting thousands of Syrians refugees?

     RESPONSE: 
    Why are NO Muslim countries accepting thousands of Syrian refugees? Wouldn’t this be a more culturally acceptable solution?

Funding the Muslim Brotherhood through Uncle Sam

(Author’s Note: This is the first of several installments to come on this issue.)

Since we were attacked on 9/11 by Al Qaeda and have learned how the Muslim Brotherhood assisted in the planning and preparations, you would think that would mean that the US federal government would not be offering them monetary handouts. But that is sadly NOT TRUE!

In 2004 the United States served a search warrant on Ismail Elbrasse, a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in North America at the time. The Explanatory Memorandum revealed a sinister war of intention against both Canada and the United States of America. Below is just one paragraph from the missive written as early as 1991.

4- Understanding the role of the Muslim Brotherhood in North America:

The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who choose to slack.

Under the Obama, Bush and Clinton administrations, funds from the federal government have gone directly to sources proven to have terrorist connections here in the United States. With this stated it is beyond this writers understanding why these organizations are allowed to exist in the USA much less receive financial assistance from the federal government!

Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) 059-90010

Anaheim, CA

Award Amount            $70,324

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) awarded the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) $70,324 to provide “Critical infrastructure and key resources protection” this past April 28^th.  It is important to note that CAIR is the former Islamic Association of Palestine and was listed as an Unindicted Co-conspirator in the largest terror funding trial in American history (USA v. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, 2007, 2008). HLF was found guilty of funding Hamas and money laundering. Federal agencies such as the FBI have been forbidden from interacting with CAIR since 2008! But for some reason this year, they are trusted by the federal government to provide critical infrastructure and key resources protection. A true example of the Fox guarding the Hen House!

Dar Al Hijrah Islamic Center GS11B02021

Falls Church, VA

Award Amount:           $628,589

Federal funding of this mosque was first exposed by Steve Emerson of the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) in 2010.  Emerson rightly brought concern that the incredible laxness or overt funding of Dar Al Hijrah Islamic Center that had previously and continually proven to be one of the favorite stomping grounds of the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda.  Anwar Awlaki, was a former “spiritual advisor” to two of the 9/11 terrorists according to the 9/11 Commission at the Falls Church Mosque!

Mister Awlaki … supports al Qaeda's agenda of murder and violence. In fact, in recent videotapes, he's said he's a member of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, who has an agenda just like al Qaeda to strike targets in Yemen, throughout the world, including here in the United States…. the President, yesterday [said] to graduates at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point that members of al Qaeda are small men who will be on the wrong side of history. Those cadets, many of them will go to Afghanistan to pursue our battles there, to keep our country safe. And the President will continue to take action directly at terrorists like Awlaki, and keep our country safe from their murderous thugs.

The date above was placed in bold in this quote to indicate that though Press Secretary Gibbs indicated that Amlaki was a terrorist in his May 2010 interview, the US government had been making two payments of $23,281.08, every three months. This means the US government was making a quarterly $46,562.16 payment to the Dar Al Hijrah Islamic Center since October 1, 2008. This places approval for the contract under President George W. Bush’s administration. This contract was voided only because of the good work of the Investigative Project on Terrorism which exposed how the government was paying for a US Census Bureau office in the Falls Church Mosque. According to USA Spending.gov the last payment to this Islamist supporting mosque was on October 1, 2010. They received a total of $628,589 over a two year period.

Steven Coughlin’s book, Catastrophic Failure: Blindfolding America in the Face of Jihad (2015) records several observations by the FBI of Anwar Awlaki’s connection to the Muslim Brotherhood. In one case he notes:

As late as 2006, FBI witness statements noted Awlaki’s Muslim Brotherhood status, going so far as to note that a witness had broke contact with Awlaki when learning of his Brotherhood connections.[1]

North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) ----DUNS: 792211732

Awarded:         $10,000 +

Due to the numerous awards this organization has received its federal identification number (DUNS) is given instead of a contract or Grant number.

According to federal court documents, NAIT was listed seventh as a member organization on the Explanatory Memorandum quoted above, and was listed as an Unindicted Co-conspirator in the USA v. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, 2007, 2008 trial on terrorist funding of Hamas.

NAIT acts like a banking institution to establish mosques, aka Islamic Cultural Centers. It is registered as a Non-Profit with the Federal government. FOX News revealed on February 1, 2014:

Records show that since 1998, the North American Islamic Trust has received over $10,000 across 34 separate taxpayer-funded programs. NAIT's two relatively small land plots are tax-zoned as "agricultural" -- but they aren't developed. 

The group has been able to obtain farm subsidies legally without producing any crops because it is a nonprofit "charity group" landowner -- so it received subsidies on top of being tax-exempt. 

This means that funds to the Muslim Brotherhood entity known as NAIT, began under the Clinton administration. The Fox News report also had stated that the payments to NAIT had been stopped in 2008:

 During the trial, the group's farm subsidies stopped, only to be reinstated after a federal judge cleared them.

However, the group was not removed from the Unindicted Co-Conspirator list as the Fox news report appears to state! Which brings into question why payments were allowed to continue!

ISLAMIC CENTER OF LEXINGTON INCORPORATED

Lexington, KY

AWARDED:         $38,000 +

According to Fayette County, KY records, the Islamic Center of Lexington is owned by the Muslim Students Association the first established entity of the Muslim Brotherhood in North America. The Muslim Students Association was the first Muslim Brotherhood entity established in America. This was noted in the Holy Land Foundation trial on terrorist funding.

This mosque provides chaplain services to area prisons. It is a well known fact that Islamists recruit inside American prisons. Trusting an organization to provide chaplain services that is owned by an FBI identified representative of the Muslim Brotherhood (See USA v. HLF transcript), is an example of a lack of knowledge of who has declared war on the United States and Canada.

Conclusion

This research into the federal funding of the many Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamist front groups is hardly extensive. It only scratches the surface of the federal government’s willing refusal to acknowledge those who threaten to harm us, the citizens of the United States and our representative government.
